Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing, advertising spend, and custom strategic labor, AdVellum Digital LLC enforces a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Strategy & Retainer Fees

Our monthly retainers cover the intellectual property, labor, and strategic structuring of your campaigns. Once a billing cycle commences and work begins (e.g., SEO auditing, PPC restructuring, content writing), the retainer fee for that month is non-refundable. Marketing results require time, and we do not offer refunds based on immediate lead-volume dissatisfaction.

2. Direct Advertising Spend

Any funds allocated directly to third-party advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) are managed according to those platforms' respective policies. AdVellum Digital LLC is not responsible for refunding ad spend once it has been processed to the advertising networks.

3. Cancellation Terms

Clients operating on month-to-month retainers may cancel their services by providing a written notice of at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. If notice is given under 30 days, the subsequent month will be billed natively. For fixed-term contracts, early termination clauses outlined in the Master Services Agreement will apply.

4. Erroneous Charges

If you believe you have been billed in error (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact our billing department immediately at billing@advellumdigital.com. Legitimate billing errors will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
