At AdVellum Digital LLC, navigating digital marketing at a high level requires processing substantial behavioral and CRM data. Our infrastructure is fortified to protect this data rigorously.
All data pipelines, from tracking pixel aggregation to CRM syncing, utilize AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. This ensures that client customer lists, behavioral profiles, and campaign spend architectures cannot be intercepted or decoded.
We deploy a zero-trust model across all advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads) and analytics consoles. Analyst access is partitioned by campaign, routed through SSO (Single Sign-On), and protected by strict multi-factor authentication (MFA). We only request the minimum permissions required to run campaigns.
When executing Email Automation or Custom Audience generation, we hash PII locally before uploading it to advertising platforms. We do not store raw customer credit data or deep PII on our localized servers—all conversion data is anonymized unless explicit downstream tracking is required and authorized.
In the unlikely event of data anomalous behavior across our marketing integrators, our automated monitoring systems immediately sever API connections to prevent data flow and alert our systems engineers. Clients are notified within standard operational SLAs regarding any potential tracking disruption.
