Therefore, AdVellum Digital LLC cannot strictly guarantee specific SERP rankings, definitive conversion volumes, or specific ROI numbers, though our models are designed to maximize them.
All methodologies, funnel structures, email automation sequences, and custom scripts developed by AdVellum Digital LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in a client contract. Client-provided assets (logos, raw copy, branding) remain the property of the client.
In no event shall AdVellum Digital LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or resulting from changes in algorithms by third-party platforms (e.g., Google core updates) that affect website traffic.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Oxford, MS.
